Responsibilities Business Development : Must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with PPA. Must develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Project Management : This role is responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are best in class and delivered on time, staying focused and contributing to projects, and organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones.
Communication : Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes. Proactively seeking opportunities to go above and beyond for clients.
Maintain and develop client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Qualifications 2+ years of related work experience and solid knowledge within the functional area.
High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as an independent business owner.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Details Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasadena, CA (3‑4 days per week required onsite in our office in Los Angeles, CA)
