Job summary
As anEmployee Readiness CommunicatorinHome Lending Chief Administrative Office, you help us prepare employees to understand the “why” behind change and take the right actions to adopt it. You partner with leaders and key stakeholders across Home Lending to build communication strategies that support our business priorities and strengthen the employee experience. You’ll use feedback and data to continuously improve how we inform, equip, and engage employees through change.
Job responsibilities
Developcommunication plans and strategies aligned to business priorities to support employee readiness for change
Assesscommunication effectiveness using feedback and data, andrefineplans to improve outcomes
Createtargeted, multi-format communications that meet objectives (including written and digital content)
Consultwith business leaders and stakeholders to provide communications expertise for broad initiatives
Managecommunications projects from inception through completion within established business processes
Coordinatewith business and project teams to ensure communications align to strategic vision and project deliverables
Maintainandenhanceemployee tools and resources (including Homepage and Employee Resource sites) to better meet employee needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated ability tocreate and executecommunication plans that support adoption of business, operational, technology, procedural, and regulatory change
Strong ability towrite, edit, and tailormessages for different audiences and channels
Experiencemanaging communications workstreams or projectsfrom initiation through delivery
Proven ability topartner with stakeholdersand influence outcomes through consultative communication support
Ability totranslate complex informationinto clear, actionable employee guidance
Ability touse feedback and datato evaluate communication impact and drive improvements
Strongorganization, prioritization, and attention to detailto manage multiple concurrent deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree inCommunication, English, or Journalism
Knowledgeofgrammar, proofreading, publication production, and Associated Press style
Ability tomanage time,multitask, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision
Strongleadershipandpresentationskills, and a collaborative working style
High level oforganizationand attention to detail
Demonstratedcreativityand comfort operating with latitude
