COS Account Executive

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts, including cold-calling, product demonstrations, and product knowledge presentations
Open and close new and existing business
Identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis
Manage the assigned territory with focus on efficiency, execution, and growth
Maintain thorough understanding of COSMEDIX products, brand, and current product offerings
Provide detailed product information, benefits, and solutions to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
Help professional accounts identify growth opportunities, strengthen product and treatment knowledge, and deliver the COSMEDIX experience to their clients
Requirements Experience in hunting and closing new business in a B2B capacity
Strategic thinker who is motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter
Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
CRM experience with management of the lead-prospect-conversion process
Strong organizational and time management skills
