BlueCrest is seeking a Temporary Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and report on integrated B2B marketing campaigns across its portfolio of hardware, software, e-commerce, services, and professional solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will leverage HubSpot to develop lead generation and lead nurturing programs that increase market awareness, drive qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth. This role requires strong campaign management, marketing automation, content development, and analytical skills, along with a solid understanding of complex B2B buying journeys.
Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and manage demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
Support marketing initiatives across BlueCrest's hardware, software, e-commerce, service, and consulting solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Business Development, and Service teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Target key decision-makers across operations, IT, customer experience, logistics, and fulfillment functions.
Marketing Automation & HubSpot
Build and manage campaigns, workflows, landing pages, forms, email programs, and dashboards within HubSpot.
Implement best practices for lead scoring, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management.
Develop automated nurture programs that guide prospects through the buying process.
Maintain campaign data quality and CRM integration.
Execute campaigns across channels including:
Website and landing pages
LinkedIn and digital advertising
Webinars and virtual events
Content marketing
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Retargeting campaigns
Trade show and event follow-up
Partner marketing programs
Direct mail and digital outreach
Lead Management & Performance Optimization
Develop programs that generate new leads and increase engagement among existing prospects and customers.
Create audience segmentation strategies by industry, persona, application, and buying stage.
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline impact, cost per lead, and marketing ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
Content Development
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop campaign content.
Create and edit product-focused marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, web content, emails, presentations, and sales support materials.
Ensure messaging aligns with BlueCrest's value proposition and market positioning.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of B2B marketing campaign management experience.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Experience developing automated lead nurturing programs.
Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
HubSpot certifications.
Experience marketing software, SaaS, automation, logistics, e‑commerce, or technology solutions.
Knowledge of ABM strategies and digital marketing best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles.
