Sales Coordinator / Liaison (manufacturing company)

Duties:

Under the direction of the director of industrial sales, facilitate inside and outside sales operations with internal resources
Facilitate customer inquiries pertaining to Service Division – includes parts work order, shipping status, service & warranty work orders, installation work orders, damage claims, etc.
Communicate status of parts, service, and customer requests to appropriate account manager and/or regional sales manager
Monitor status of engineering drawings
Communicate delivery status to customers
Leverage internal resources to provide responses to technical questions
Requirements:

AAS degree preferred (Business-related degree a plus)
2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing company
Experience working with at ERP system
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary: $54-56K
