Global Director, Social Media - Remote

GitLab is seeking a Director of Social Media to lead our global social strategy and drive meaningful engagement across customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences.
You will own the social function's strategy, budget, tooling, and staff development, partnering with executive leadership to shape and measure impact in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. You will mentor two Social Media Managers and raise the editorial bar across channels.
