Tampa Microwave primarily serves Federal and Department of Defense markets.We are seeking a Deputy Production Manager for our Clearwater, FL location. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role supports Production and Operations by coordinating activities across Planning, Production, and Test. The DPM manages test equipment and assets, oversees procurement and outsourcing efforts, and ensures new products transition smoothly from development into production. Responsibilities include workforce/staffing plans, ensuring staff is performing to expectations, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; preparing performance appraisals, rewarding, and providing for employee discipline when required; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Active mentoring and development of staff is critical element of the supervisory responsibilities.
