M/I Homes seeks a detail-oriented professional to maintain the Online Design Studio (Envision) and manage option specifications for home buyers. This role supports the sales team by coordinating option descriptions, costs, and bid preparation.
You will review option descriptions, track trends, and assist with custom option requests and buyer redlines. Occasional travel to job sites may be required.
