This isn't a production-only seat. You'll be in strategy conversations from the start.What you'll do:Design responsive websites and digital experiences grounded in audience researchBuild and evolve visual brand systems, including logo and identity workPresent concepts directly to clients and defend your design decisionsMentor junior designers as the team growsCollaborate with writers and strategists on creative concepts, including new business pitchesWhat you bring:7+ years in UX/web design, less if the portfolio proves you can do the jobA portfolio with a range of styles, not one look repeatedExperience mentoring other designersComfort designing for mobile and responsive webExperience building brand systems, not just working inside someone else'sA second strength beyond web design, illustration, typography, motion, or front-end codeOpen to remote, based in the US.
