Impact-Driven Community Manager — Affordable Housing

ConAm Management Corporation seeks a Community Manager for the affordable 28-unit Palomar Point in Chula Vista, CA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance to ensure high standards for residents and compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines.
The role is full-time at 32.5 hours per week with full benefits. Pay range is $23.00–$26.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a 30-minute lunch.
