Retail Media AnalystSanta Monica, CA - Hybrid 4 days a week onsite Pay: $50.00 per hourThe Retail Media Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing paid search and media campaigns across key retail and delivery platforms. This role operates day-to-day within Pacvue, owning campaign execution and performance reporting while collaborating closely with internal eCommerce and marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and optimize sponsored search, display, and media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash, and other retail media networksManage campaign activity end-to-end within Pacvue, including bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and targeting adjustmentsMonitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, share of voice) and proactively flag anomalies or opportunitiesDevelop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting cadences for internal stakeholdersConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search term mining to continuously expand and refine targetingMake data-driven recommendations on budget allocation across platforms and campaign typesCoordinate with internal brand and creative teams to align ad content with campaign objectivesMaintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation standardsQualifications2–4+ years of hands-on retail media or paid search experience with direct campaign management responsibilityProficiency in Pacvue (required; candidates without Pacvue experience will not be considered)Active campaign experience on two or more of the following: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media networksStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsAbility to work independently with minimal oversight; strong communication on status and blockersPreferred QualificationsExperience with beverage or FMCG brandsFamiliarity with third-party analytics or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Helium 10, etc.)Amazon Ads or other retail media platform certificationsExperience with DSP for programmatic retail media buys
