Production Manager in Training: Lean Leader

84 Lumber in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Production Manager in Training to learn all aspects of manufacturing operations at a building components plant, with emphasis on safety and quality of roof trusses, floor trusses and wall panels.
During a 9–12 month program under a Plant Manager mentor, you will undertake on-the-job training, classroom sessions, a leadership class, and work toward Lean Green Belt, including continuous improvement projects. Travel to other facilities may be required.
