Key Responsibilities

Perform on-air shifts, live remotes, and in-studio interviews

Assist in scheduling talent and programming

Write and produce advertising copy for clients

Manage daily operations across our stations and website

Maintain and upgrade automation systems and studio equipment

Oversee general upkeep of studios, tower sites, and the station vehicle

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Audition and Skylla

Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Passion for community involvement and local broadcasting

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of on-air and production experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Technical proficiency with broadcasting and digital content tools

Passion for small towns and local community involvement

Must be flexible for some evenings and weekends

Must live in or relocate near Atlantic, Iowa
