The Opportunity
The Shark Group is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and client-focused Brand Manager to join our CEO Access division.
In this role, you will project-manage a portfolio of leading CEOs and executives, serving as a key point of contact between each client, our internal team, and outside partners. You will help translate each client’s goals, expertise, and vision into clear strategies and coordinated initiatives designed to expand their reach and take their businesses to the next level.
This is not a traditional brand-management position. It is a dynamic, client-facing role for someone who can move seamlessly between relationship management, strategy, creative development, project management, partnerships, and execution.
The ideal candidate can see the big picture while maintaining a firm command of every deadline, deliverable, decision, and detail. You should be equally comfortable leading a CEO call, developing a campaign idea, writing a compelling presentation, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and evaluating results to determine what should happen next.
What You’ll Do
Project-manage a portfolio of CEO Access clients and the initiatives being executed on their behalf
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for the CEOs’ teams, building trusted relationships through proactive and highly professional communication
Support the development of strategies to expand each client’s reach, strengthen their positioning, and create opportunities that support their broader business goals
Translate client objectives into actionable plans, creative briefs, timelines, workstreams, and measurable deliverables
Manage multiple campaigns, partnerships, content initiatives, media opportunities, and activations simultaneously
Coordinate internal teams, outside partners, vendors, and client stakeholders to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, clearly communicating strategy, progress, recommendations, decisions, and next steps
Develop polished presentations, proposals, marketing materials, creative briefs, and executive-facing communications
Write and edit compelling marketing copy, thought-leadership content, campaign messaging, and partnership materials
Identify and help execute strategic partnerships, brand integrations, events, speaking opportunities, and other visibility-building initiatives
Track campaign performance and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
Maintain detailed project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and follow-up items across all assigned accounts
Anticipate potential challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure that no important detail falls through the cracks
Stay current on business, media, marketing, technology, and cultural trends that could create opportunities for our clients
Ensure every client interaction and deliverable reflects The Shark Group’s standard of excellence
What We’re Looking For
Approximately 3-4 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, account management, project management, partnerships, or a related field
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field
Experience working in an agency, brand consultancy, talent-led business, media company, executive-branding firm, or similarly fast-paced client-service environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, senior executives, and other high-level stakeholders
Outstanding organization, project management, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to confidently manage multiple clients, campaigns, and competing priorities at the same time
A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to turn broad goals into compelling ideas and executable plans
Strong writing, editing, presentation-development, and storytelling skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing both internal and external stakeholders
A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to work
The ability to remain composed, responsive, and effective in a fast-moving environment
Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and a high level of emotional intelligenceA collaborative attitude and an entrepreneurial willingness to step in wherever needed

Base Compensation: $85,000 annually
