Role Description

The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This position focuses on prospect discovery and growing relationships with high-risk merchant clients by seeking opportunities, introducing onboarding, and ensuring a smooth growth partner experience. The Junior Account Executive will grow a portfolio of accounts, monitor proactive outbound activity, and help resolve operational issues in coordination with internal teams and partners. Day-to-day work includes preparing prospect updates and reports, participating in outbound sales efforts, and learning the regulatory and underwriting requirements of high-risk industries. The role offers exposure to complex payments environments and an opportunity to grow into a more senior client-facing position.
Qualifications

Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain payment processing concepts clearly and professionally.
Basic sales, account management, and customer success skills, with an interest in supporting merchant growth and retention.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to review account activity, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Comfort working in regulated or complex industries; prior experience in payments, fintech, banking, or e-commerce is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools), and general computer literacy.
Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
