Day-to-Day
Communications Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Advise executive leadership on messaging, reputation management, and public positioning.

Lead crisis communications, media relations, and thought leadership opportunities.

Manage communications planning, performance metrics, and reporting.

Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and communications.

Lead strategic campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.

Provide brand guidance and support across departments and initiatives.

Marketing & Storytelling

Oversee development of marketing materials, campaigns, and storytelling content.

Partner with internal teams to amplify mission, programs, and partnerships.

Use data and analytics to guide strategy and measure impact.

Digital Communications

Lead digital strategy, including website, SEO, and social media.

Oversee production of digital and print materials.

Monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

7–10 years of progressively responsible communications experience.

Demonstrated success in strategic communications, media relations, and brand management.

Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
