Represent HighLevel at external marketing conferences, trade shows, summits, partner activations, and networking events
Lead onsite event execution, including booth setup and breakdown, signage, swag, demos, on-stage activations, and attendee experience
Ensure event assets and brand touchpoints meet company standards
Educate attendees on HighLevel's platform, qualify leads, answer product questions, and create customer interactions
Deliver 30–45 minute presentations, workshops, or live demos to audiences of 50–300 attendees
Track lead quality, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and overall event effectiveness
Provide recommendations to improve future event performance and attendee experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Events teams on goals, messaging, and lead follow-up
Contribute to event planning, audience targeting, booth improvements, presentation topics, and activation strategies
Develop advanced expertise in HighLevel's platform and ecosystem
Mentor and support newer team members during onsite activations and event preparation
Travel frequently, averaging 3–4 weeks per month, including occasional evenings and weekends
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, brand activation, experiential marketing, or related customer-facing roles
Proven experience executing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events independently
Experience working in SaaS, marketing technology, or high-growth startup environments preferred
Presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage small and large audiences
Ability to communicate product value and qualify prospective customers in live event settings
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment during live event execution
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and lead capture or event technology tools
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally
Physically capable of lifting and setting up event materials up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
Must be available for in-person or virtual meetings during US hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST
