Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position willeffectively present targeted number of salesestimatesand offersto potential customersin accordance withcurrent Pricing Matrix.,
Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion,accurateinspections,and follow up onpreviousestimates.

Maintain compliance with all company policies andprocedures

Local travelrequiredwithin your territory or state.

Perform other duties asassigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements Previoussales experiencerequired.

Excellent communication skills,friendlinessand ability to build rapportwith potential customersrequired.

Mustpossessabilityto learn and communicate technical, industry-related datapertaining tothe services to be sold.

High School diploma or GEDrequired.

Required Skills Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely andsuccessfully

Regular and punctual attendance

Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearlyto build relationships and promote excellent customerservice

Mustpossessvalid driver’s license and meet company driving standards (should be under Required)

Preferred Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegreepreferred

Industry licensedin accordance withstateregulations

Physical Requirements Extensive driving and walking

Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers

Ability to work long hours asneeded
