This position will assist with company promotion, digital marketing operations, customer follow-up, and ERP lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

Manage and create content for company social media platforms

Support digital marketing optimization for company website and Google marketing campaigns

Track CTA (Call-To-Action) inquiries and follow up with potential customers

Research potential ERP customers and analyze prospect/customer lists

Assist with outbound communication and customer engagement activities

Support overall company branding and marketing promotion efforts

Prepare reports and marketing-related documentation as needed

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Strong interest in digital marketing, ERP solutions, and B2B business development

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using social media platforms and online marketing tools

Basic understanding of Google marketing, SEO, or digital advertising is a plus

Ability to research, organize, and analyze customer/prospect information

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask is a plus

Bilingual in Korean and English is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
