We're Beasley Law Criminal Defense Attorneys, a leading criminal defense law firm in Nashville, renowned for our commitment to justice and our innovative approach to client advocacy. As we grow, we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity and lead our video production and digital content strategy with the opportunity to grow into a Director of Marketing role as our marketing function scales.
Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000
Your Mission Film and Edit : Produce high-quality, long-form videos on criminal law topics, and edit existing content into engaging shorts for YouTube.
Content Strategy : Develop new video formats and content ideas to grow our digital presence and engagement.
Social Media Savvy : Create and manage content for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Digital Presence : Support our website, SEO, and paid advertising efforts alongside content production.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with firm leadership and the operations team to generate ideas and content that educate and grow our audience.
Vendor Coordination : Help manage relationships with marketing vendors as needed.
Audience Growth : Use creativity and strategic thinking to grow our audience and position us as the leading source of criminal defense information in Nashville.
Performance Tracking : Track content and campaign performance to inform what's working and refine strategy over time.

Requirements Proven experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation.
Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to capture and hold audience attention.
Comfort managing vendor relationships and tracking marketing performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Legal or professional services marketing experience a plus.
