Field Marketing & Partnerships Growth Lead

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Field Marketing specialist to identify and execute cross-industry collaborations with student unions, local businesses, and community groups. You will lead on-ground promotions in campuses, residential areas, and commercial districts, recruiting and guiding part-time field teams.
You will source local KOCs/KOLs, manage the collaboration pipeline and budget, build active user communities, and monitor metrics to optimize growth and retention.
