This influential leader will drive ChristianaCare's legislative, regulatory, and public policy agenda while advancing strategic priorities that improve the health of the communities we serve. Reporting directly to the CEO, the individual will represent ChristianaCare with policymakers, regulators, government agencies, trade associations, and community leaders, ensuring the organization's voice is heard at the federal, state, and local levels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute ChristianaCare's federal, state, and local government affairs strategy. Advise executive leadership on emerging legislative, regulatory, and political developments. Lead appropriations and advocacy strategies that advance organizational priorities. External Affairs
