Growth-Driven Performance Marketing Lead

AutoRentals.com is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who can write copy, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and hold partners accountable across paid and social ecosystems. You will own all performance-driven marketing, including paid and organic social, SEM/PPC, OTT/CTV, display, paid and lifecycle email, while guiding agencies and leading a lean internal team.
This role is accountable for results, efficiency, and scalable growth, with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV across channels.
