What You’ll Do

Master Executive Search: Complete our comprehensive training program, learning high-impact client discovery, executive negotiation, and strategic search execution.

Run a Business-Within-a-Business: Manage full client relationships—prospecting corporate accounts, advising hiring leaders, and matching top industry talent.

Drive High Volume: Succeed in a fast-moving, phone-centric environment by maintaining consistent outbound reach (75-100 quality connections daily) to build your market.

Deliver Strategic Value: Serve as an indispensable advisor to companies growing their leadership teams and professionals advancing their careers.

What We Look For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Track Record: 2 to 5+ years of success in a phone-intensive, fast-paced sales environment (Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, Financial Sales, or Business Development).

Core Aptitude: Strong business acumen, quick learning agility, comfort speaking with executive decision-makers, and a natural hunger to win.

In-Office Advantage: You thrive on spontaneous team collaboration, real-time coaching, and the competitive energy of an in-person environment.
