Marketing Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and execute professional education programs, webinars, symposiums, dinner events, and speaker engagements.

Manage program logistics, communications, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.

Maintain and support a speaker database, ensuring records remain accurate and compliant.

Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, speakers, customers, and vendors.

Track and coordinate presentation review and approval processes.

Collect, organize, and report on program feedback and insights.

Assist with conferences, trade shows, sales meetings, training events, and other marketing initiatives.

Support event logistics, materials management, communications, and onsite execution.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and within compliance requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance program effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, education programs, healthcare marketing, or related areas.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
