Collaborating with clients and colleagues, the full-time Virtual Design and Construction Specialist will design exceptional restaurant spaces using VDC and BIM technologies while managing project setups and providing technical support remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage the Singer Hub on Forma, including folder setups and permissions for various divisions
Create and analyze BIM Execution Plans for projects, ensuring proper setup and coordination
Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and perform clash detection as needed
Required qualifications
Associates or Technical Degree in Drafting, CADD, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in design preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in foodservice equipment design, with mechanical systems experience preferred
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications
Basic understanding of general construction practices and ability to read blueprints
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
