In-House Marketing Manager & Training Lead

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching for a resort sales team. You will partner with department leaders to elevate new-hire performance, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive program adoption across marketing initiatives.
You will need timeshare/vacation ownership familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a positive culture while achieving production and budget targets.
