End-to-End Growth Creative Lead

Harry's is seeking a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative to own end-to-end creative and media execution across three brands. You’ll pull insights, write briefs, shoot/edit assets, and traffic campaigns across paid channels, collaborating with Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain.
Your impact will be measured by growth in performance and learnings across channels. You’ll work with a high-velocity creative engine, leveraging AI tools, and driving iterations from data to creative production
