Position: Field Marketing Director
Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You’ll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Canvasing Manager, Canvasing Supervisor, or Canvasing Team Leader in -Home Improvement Industry.
