Our client in the supplements space is seeking a Sr. Manager of Partnerships and Communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the company’s overarching communications, social media, influencer, community engagement, and public relations strategy.
  • Establish the role’s initial 90-day plan, including recommended team workflows, cross-functional processes, and future organizational needs.
  • Position the brand as a cultural and category leader within the vitamins, minerals, supplements, and broader wellness space.
  • Create annual communications plans that bring the brand strategy to life and resonate with target consumers.
  • Define and track KPIs related to engagement, sentiment, loyalty, earned media, and brand advocacy.
  • Use performance data and consumer insights to continuously refine strategies and programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand the brand’s reach, relevance, and authority.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on potential ROI, brand alignment, audience relevance, and long-term strategic value.
  • Identify and manage relationships with mid-tier and macro influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop partnerships with talent who authentically align with the company’s mission, values, and target audience.
  • Create and oversee loyalty programs and digital activations designed to reward long-term customers, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the development of authentic, shareable content highlighting the company’s values, community, mission, and customer stories.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent and compelling across social, influencer, PR, partnership, and community channels.
  • Oversee brand activations, industry events, and community-driven experiences that build brand affinity both online and offline.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for brand reputation and issues management.
  • Proactively monitor brand sentiment and emerging reputational risks.
  • Develop crisis communication and issue-resolution protocols in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Manage the social media and communications budget.
  • Allocate resources across influencer partnerships, agencies, strategic partnerships, events, and community activations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least six years of experience in communications, public relations, influencer marketing, social media, brand marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within vitamins and supplements, wellness, food and beverage, or consumer lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with a digital-first, high-growth consumer brand where influencer marketing and public relations served as key growth channels is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to define a long-term communications and social media vision while executing immediate priorities.
  • Strong experience building and managing strategic brand partnerships.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, presentation, and content-development skills across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Established relationships with media, influencers, and creators across wellness, food, lifestyle, and culture, along with the ability to develop new relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining KPIs, evaluating performance, and using insights to improve strategy.
