Director of Marketing

We are seeking a creative and results driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for a growing multi unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing local marketing strategies, increasing community engagement, and driving restaurant sales.

This is a hands on position that splits time between the corporate office and restaurant locations.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute local store marketing strategies
Manage marketing budgets across multiple locations
Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations
Coordinate promotions, grand openings, and special events
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Work closely with operations to increase traffic and sales
What We're Looking For Current experience in a Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing role
Multi unit restaurant or retail marketing experience preferred
Strong digital and community marketing background
Excellent project management and communication skills
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Social Media Experience
Compensation & Benefits $65,000 annual salary
