Blue Rise Ventures is a multi-asset class commercial real estate investment firm focusing primarily on industrial and advanced R&D properties. The Blue Rise team offers diverse real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and construction management, in addition to extensive institutional investment management experience. Our vertically integrated team allows Blue Rise to move swiftly and nimbly across leasing and construction to offer unparalleled support to both investment partners and prospective tenants. With several million square feet under management across the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Texas — and strong ties to the region — Blue Rise Ventures seeks to build upon its relationships to expand into key gateway markets by treating tenants like partners.
Job Summary
This role is built around the firm's marketing presence: the Coordinator owns our marketing, collateral, and events for tenants, brokers, and investors alike — including keeping the firm's website and LinkedIn current and getting BRV news out to the market. Communication is at the heart of the job, written and verbal, with everyone from tenant, broker, and investor contacts to the firm's own partners — a warm disposition and a genuine ability to connect with people matter as much as any other skill. Secondarily, the Coordinator provides internal systems support — data management, administration of partner expenses, light accounting support around invoicing and bill paying, and property financial review — while also keeping our small team organized and efficient day to day. We expect everyone on the team to use AI tools like Claude to work better and faster, and this role is no exception.
