THE ROLE
As the Senior Art Director , you’ll shape how our platform shows up across marketing, product storytelling, and customer touchpoints, balancing creativity with clarity and craft with strategy; effectively leading the visual evolution of our B2B SaaS brand.
You’ll work closely with brand, product marketing, and content teams to turn complex ideas into compelling, accessible visual stories. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves systems thinking, strong concepts, and making enterprise technology feel human.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and elevate the visual identity of our SaaS platform across brand, demand generation, lifecycle, and product marketing
- Lead concept development for integrated campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments
- Translate complex B2B and technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Partner closely with copywriters, product marketers, and strategists to align art, messaging, and business goals
- Establish and maintain scalable visual systems that work across channels and teams
- Mentor and guide designers and junior art directors through thoughtful feedback and creative leadership
- Ensure creative work is consistent, on brand, and optimized for performance across digital-first channels
- Present creative direction and concepts to internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for craft and execution
REQUIREMENTS
- 7–10+ years of experience in design or art direction, with a strong portfolio of B2B or SaaS work
- Proven experience leading visual direction for digital-first brands or platforms
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and design for scale
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without oversimplifying the story
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfort collaborating with motion, web, and product teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills, you can articulate the “why” behind the work
- A strategic mindset with an appreciation for performance, usability, and business outcomes
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working on enterprise or mid-market SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles or close collaboration with product design teams
- Motion, video, or interactive storytelling experience
- Experience evolving or rebranding an established B2B brand

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 , depending on location and experience.
