You serve as the bridge between clients, sales, design, production, shipping, and installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Starting Your DayYou begin your morning by reviewing project schedules, production updates, installation timelines, and customer communications. With several projects in different stages of production, you prioritize your workload and identify any issues that require immediate attention.You check emails, review artwork approvals, monitor shipping schedules, and prepare for customer meetings.
