Marketing Operations Coordinator

Coordinate onboarding for new clients, tenant assignments, and property listings.
Gather intake information, brand assets, site criteria and supporting documents.
Maintain task lists, deadlines, and handoffs among brokers, marketing and support staff.
Track missing information and outstanding approvals, escalating delays when needed.
Create and update property flyers, landlord presentations and offering memoranda.
Coordinate campaign schedules, revisions, testing, and approvals.
Review materials for accurate information, working links, formatting, and brand consistency.
Maintain current, approved materials across website and marketing channels.
Coordinate deal announcements, industry submissions, and related content .
