Primary Responsibilities: Assist department with keeping AP aging up to date and responding to supplier statement.
Assist department on AR collections while also reconciling short pays.
Applying credits/debits correctly to both the AP and AR side of each transaction.
Assist department in vouchering payable invoices
Assist department in pulling daily payable invoices
Ideal Candidate Skills, Experience, and Qualifications High School Diploma required
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within daily work assignment
Ability to review electronic information and compare against a hard copy and reconcile accordingly
Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
Ability to work independently and within a team
1-2 years of related professional experience (AP/AR, Administrative)
Ability to achieve goals independently and in a team environment
Ability to be resilient in a high-energy, fast-paced, and competitive setting
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and e-mail
