Smartsheet is seeking an Associate Technical Writer to plan, develop, and maintain customer-facing content for the Help Center and internal documentation. You’ll work with the product team to enable self-serve support and reduce training burden, while managing rapid product changes and contributing to governance initiatives.
You will report to the Manager, Content Team in the US; the role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica, and residency in Costa Rica is required.
