Associate Director, Global Media & Partnerships Procurement

Role Lead regional category management and sourcing for Global Media & Partnerships within Marketing Procurement, focusing on developing and executing global sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management.
Responsibilities Collaborate with regional and local teams to implement sourcing strategies via SSC framework;
Manage key priorities including value creation, service delivery, innovation, and sustainability;
Build and maintain relationships with procurement colleagues, business partners, and suppliers;
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management;
Support supplier performance and develop cooperation frameworks.
Requirements Bachelor's in supply chain or business;
7+ years in strategic procurement, media, or marketing sourcing;
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills;
Proven experience with global or regional media sourcing strategies.
Preferred Experience negotiating with media/marketing agencies;
Advanced MS Office skills.
