Director, Dana Health Sciences Library - UVM
The University of Vermont Libraries seeks a forward-thinking and collaborative librarian to serve as Director of the Dana Health Sciences Library and to develop and advance a shared vision for inclusive, innovative health sciences library services. The Director serves as a strategic partner to academic and clinical leadership, advancing education, research, and patient care through innovative, accessible, and responsive library services. The Director leads and supports all aspects of health sciences library operations, including strategic planning, policy development, budgeting, assessment, and outreach.

This position reports to the Dean of Libraries and serves on the Libraries' Dean's Council. At the University of Vermont, a land-grant R1 research university, librarians hold faculty appointments without tenure and contribute through librarianship, scholarly and creative activity, and service.
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
