Head of Performance Marketing (PPC & SEO) - Remote

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO functions. You will supervise the PPC strategist and SEO strategist, set quality standards, and own client results and reporting. This is a senior, client-facing role with agency-wide impact and growth planning across multiple accounts.
You will own channel strategy, audits, and be the primary escalation on underperforming accounts, shaping how we present capability to clients and sales.
