Lead Technical Writer - Quality Investigations

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks an investigator to independently manage process deviations and customer complaints from initiation to closure, determine root causes, and initiate corrective and preventive actions to address quality deficiencies identified during investigations.
You will monitor trends to provide proactive corrections, ensure compliance with SOPs, and communicate findings to senior management while supporting continuous improvement in the quality management system.
