Communications Marketing Associate

Enlightened ATL is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Associate to join our growing Atlanta team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone interested in developing experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, sales, and business development.

As a Marketing Associate, you will represent our clients through face-to-face marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement. You’ll work directly with the team to increase brand awareness, connect with potential customers, and support client growth.

No extensive marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop professionally.

What You'll Do

Represent client brands professionally during marketing campaigns and events

Engage directly with potential customers and communicate brand offerings

Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives

Assist with promotional and event-based marketing campaigns

Build positive relationships with customers

Track campaign activity and customer feedback

Participate in daily training and development

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals

Develop skills in marketing, sales, leadership, and business operations
