About The Company
We are a brand platform on a mission to acquire, scale, and revitalize exceptional consumer brands in the U.S. Backed by committed capital and led by founders with experience spanning Stanford GSB, Harvard Law, Y Combinator, and Forbes 30U30, we acquire high-potential DTC brands and unlock growth through hands-on operational excellence.

Our mission
build a $100M+ portfolio of beloved, performance-driven consumer brands. To get there, we're assembling a team of driven, hungry operators who want to grow fast and take on real ownership.

About the Role
We're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to support the Brand Managers across our portfolio: Scotch Porter in men's grooming, Aura House in home fragrance, and Verb Energy in better-for-you snacking. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep our brands running smoothly day to day across DTC, subscription, and Amazon.

You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll be pointed at whichever brand needs the most operational horsepower at the time, which means you'll see how three very different consumer businesses actually run, and you'll build the judgment to run one yourself.

Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do.

What You'll Do
Operations and Inventory

Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC, subscription, and Amazon

Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy

Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts

Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed

Subscription Operations

Support recurring-revenue operations across our subscription brands, including cadence, swaps, and upcoming-order management

Forecast subscription demand alongside one-time purchase demand so stock covers both

Pull and maintain reporting on active subscribers, churn, and retention performance

Project Management

Own task management and keep internal coordination tight across multiple brands at once

Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Amazon

Manage day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations including listings, inventory, and case management

Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance metrics

Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning

Marketing Support

Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

Draft social media posts, email content, and creative briefs

QA landing pages, ads, and website updates

Who You Are
You're hardworking, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn. You've worked directly in operations or supply chain at a consumer brand, 3PL, manufacturer, or logistics company. You understand how product flows from factory to fulfillment to customer, and you've owned the systems that keep it moving. You don't need a decade of experience, but you've gotten your hands dirty in real ops work and you know what good looks like.

You're organized, proactive, and you take pride in your work. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You're comfortable context-switching between brands without dropping anything.

Above all, you're the kind of person who wants to grow into running a brand yourself one day. This role is built for that path.

What We're Looking For

Direct experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer (3+ direct years)

Hands-on inventory tracking experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level health

Demand planning chops: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across DTC, subscription, and retail channels

Vendor management experience coordinating with suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders

Comfort with the systems that run ops: inventory management platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription platforms (Recharge, Skio, or similar), and heavy spreadsheet work

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment, and across more than one brand at a time

Smart, coachable, and eager to grow fast

Why Join US

A real seat at the table. You won't be fetching coffee or filling out spreadsheets for someone who ignores you. You'll be the number two on real brands, with work that matters and visibility that comes with it.

Three businesses, not one. Working across the portfolio means you'll learn more in a year here than in three years siloed on a single brand.

A path to Brand Manager. We promote from within. The people who excel in this role become Brand Managers, which means full P&L ownership and a seat in the brand CEO chair. That's not a distant dream here, it’s the plan.

Grow with a platform that's just getting started. We are early and moving fast. The people who join now will have opportunities that won't exist once we're bigger.
