We're looking for someone to create clear, engaging "how it works" videos and articles that explain our products and processes to customers. You'll turn complex topics into simple, visual explanations that people actually understand and share.
What the work involves: - Scripting, shooting, and editing short explainer videos
- Writing companion articles and step-by-step guides
- Working with product and marketing teams to keep content accurate
- Repurposing one idea across video, article, and social formats
- Tracking what performs and iterating on it
A good fit looks like: - You can explain something complicated in plain language
- You're comfortable on camera or directing others who are
- You have a portfolio of videos or written explainers you're proud of
- You can manage your own schedule and hit deadlines without hand-holding
