  • Proven experience leading a meaningful consumer-brand evolution, including developing or redefining visual identity, brand expression, creative system, and guidelines, then bringing it into market.
  • Experience translating a central creative idea across physical experiences and digital channels, from broad awareness through conversion.
  • Cultural fluency and sound judgment to tell the difference between a meaningful brand opportunity and a passing trend.
  • Experience managing Creative and Social direct reports, including hiring, coaching, performance feedback, and career development, plus experience directing agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Strong conceptual and editorial instincts, including the ability to evaluate how visual and verbal ideas work together (professional copywriting experience is not required).
