Head of Growth / CMO - Fully Remote - Mobile Games Job at CoTrain in New York

CoTrain · New York, NY, USA · Remote ·

Pay:
$84,000-$180,000/yr
Job type:
Contract

CoTrain is hiring on behalf of Anova Labs, a mobile gaming studio focused on launching, scaling, and monetizing highly addictive, viral mobile games. Their first game is in development, and they’re looking for the growth leader who’ll take it to market and build the system behind every launch after it. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace that connects companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work.

They want someone who has actually scaled mobile games before — a former mobile gaming founder, a CMO or Head of Growth at a gaming studio, a senior media buyer who’s profitably scaled games, or a growth operator who understands both product and acquisition. Proven results matter more than titles or years. Experience at an established publisher with high-ranking App Store games is a big plus. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to run ads — they want someone who can look at a game, estimate its acquisition economics, see its monetization potential, and build a plan to scale it.
