Manage and publish People Practices content across ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Serve as a subject matter resource for content governance and collaborate with subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Publish and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references.
Manage content personalization through tagging and keyword strategies.
Monitor content performance metrics and user feedback to inform improvements.
