Growth & Proposals Coordinator — Hybrid, B2B SaaS Marketing

Prolific Digital is seeking a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to own the operations behind pursuing and closing new business, and to shape Prolific and TrustScans public presence. You’ll manage deadlines, proposals, SOWs, and contracts while maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline and a strong library of content.
You’ll also lead marketing efforts for both brands, running social media and newsletters, building awareness, and driving TrustScans signups. A hybrid schedule in Louisville is required.
