This role is located at our NY Office location.

\n

Overview: The PR & VIP Intern provides essential support to the PR Assistant and PR Manager, aiding in the execution of VIP and talent relations, event coordination, public relations activities and showroom organization. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of PR initiatives and maintaining brand image.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support sample requests by coordinating and recording inbound/outbound movements across departments among leading media outlets, stylists, talent and VIP
\n
• With PR assistant, liaise with wholesale team to coordinate and record any inbound/outbound sample movements
\n
• Along with PR assistant, coordinate domestic and international shipping
\n
• Organization and maintenance of PR showroom and closet
\n
• Digital sample organization through Launchmetrics
\n
• Recaps and assistance on projects as needed
\n
• Monitor social coverage
\n
• Support with prep for domestic brand activations
\n
• Conduct occasional research for influencer seeding and brand partnerships
\n
• Ad hoc admin duties
\n

Profile:

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize
\n
• Strong communications skills working within a team
\n
• Previous experience in public relations preferred
\n
• Proficiency in Launchmetrics is a plus
\n

This internship is unpaid and eligible for school credit only
