Carousel's Account Director

will require outstanding communication, organization and leadership skills along with a positive, motivated and entrepreneurial attitude. This role will be full-time, on-site, with some hybrid work opportunities.

Owner of multiple workstreams through planning, resourcing and scheduling – keeping projects on brand, on time and on budget. Most critically, our Account Directors manage internal and external expectations while maintaining healthy, high-quality relationships with our world-class clientele. This integral role is key to producing the top tier work that Carousel is known for.

Organization - outstanding organizational skills keeping projects, timelines, notes, and files clean.

Communication - refined communication skills with internal and external teams.

Coordination - strong coordination skills getting teams to align on key topics and objectives.

Prioritization - ability to help identify challenges and prioritize solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Four Year Degree Preferred, not required.

5-10 Years Professional Experience - Brand, Creative, Advertising Agency preferred.

Experience working with Google Workplace, Dropbox, Slack, Adobe and Figma.

High attention to detail required to work on industry-leading work for world-class clients.

Growth mindset and desire to learn and challenge yourself in new ways.
